Private Event Sales Coordinator
Adelmo’s Ristorante is seeking a new team member, as a Full Time Private Event Sales Coordinator.
Selling and implementing private events in our restaurant
Someone who can drive brand awareness and increase our presence as a premier location in the Dallas events market.
Must be able to increase event bookings and close on prospective clients.
Conduct tours of the restaurant, handling phone and email communications before the sale, at signing, and leading up to the event.
Develop menus to fall in line with customer budget needs.
Coordinate with guest and any of their outside vendors such as flowershops or bakeries the day of the event
Suggestive selling experience
Good Follow Up Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to maintain composure under pressure
Alert and energetic hospitality/events professional
Can work with autonomy or with supervision from owner
Able to work events that fall on any day of the week
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Comfortable with learning new technologies such as OpenTable and Toast POS
Minimum 2 years in Sales, Minimum 2 years in Event Planning, Minimum 1 – 2 years in food and beverage operations
Salary based on experience plus sales commission
